Products
Sailer's offers a full line of your choice of retail cuts of meat, along
with many award winning sausages, including brats, wieners, summer
sausage, bologna, snack stix & strips. We also carry many smoked and
cured products, including award winning smoked beef, bacon and smoked
ham.
If
there is a special cut of meat, or an old time favorite sausage that you
are looking for, just give us a call or stop in. We do our best to get
our customers exactly what they are looking for.
We
also carry Maple Syrup from Trainer's Maple Essence Farm's located in
Hatchville WI, and soup, salsa, mustards, and more from Spirit Valley
Sugar Bush located in Ogema WI. You can also pick up your favorite
seasonings, marinades, or BBQ sauces for the grilling season while
visiting us.
If you’re looking to fill up your freezer, we sell beef by the 1/4, 1/2
or whole, pork by the 1/2 or whole. We will custom process it exactly
the way you like.
Services
Sailer's custom processes beef, pork, lamb, buffalo and red deer. Just
call to set up an appointment. We can come out to the farm and pick up
your animal or you can haul it in yourself. It will be state inspected
at our facility and processed to your specifications.
We
process fair animals from both the Pierce and Dunn County Fair Livestock
Auctions. As a business owner, you can come to the auction and purchase
an animal and help out the 4-H and FFA members. We are proud supporters
of our local area youth.
We
also take in your clean venison trimmings to make your choice of Venison
Sausage. We make individual batches, so the meat that you bring in is
